Drawing on a range of styles and influences, Snapshots was recorded on Queensland's Gold Coast at the end of 2006.
The album blends a variety of rock with folk stylings. The title track and new single, 'Snapshots', is first up. 'Lonely Old People' and 'Ascot Park', both featured on ABC radio nationwide, are laid-back acoustic folk tracks; whereas 'Van Nguyen', heard on JJJ's 'roots & all' program, tells it's story in a heavier fashion.
Rod will be touring 'Snapshots' at various gigs and festivals throughout the year.
